16th Annual Golf Tournament 
Registration is now OPEN!
Our 16th annual charity golf tournament sponsored by Kaneski Associates, The Permanente Medical Group, and the UC Davis Health System returns to the Turkey Creek Golf Club in Lincoln, CA on Wednesday, September 25th, 2013.  Our goal will be to have a great time while raising money for the UC Davis School of Medicine's student run free clinics, the Serotonin Surge Thrive Scholarships, and Cure Breast Cancer.  This year, we will only have one event, an 18 hole shotgun start tournament starting at 10:30am.  If you've never participated in "The Surge," check out  OUR EVENT VIDEO and EVENT PHOTOS BY GLENDA FOX.  To register, print and send the registration form found below.  Your check reserves your place in the tournament.
